ANORA Project – ARTISTS FOR ARTISTS.
conducted by Tony Carnevale
It is a collaborative project dedicated to female artists who express themselves through any expressive-representational language: music, dance, theater, film, audiovisual, painting, sculpture, etc.
Propose a project in which music is involved: if it is in line with our ideas about artistic expression and our sensibility, we will collaborate free of charge in its implementation.

A necessary evolution.
Twenty-four years have passed since the start of our Laboratories, which saw the light and the first two years of life at the L. Refice Conservatory of Frosinone, and then became active in several important music schools in Rome.
The ANORA method
The Laboratories(ANORA Labs), based on the ANORA method, developed by Maestro Tony Carnevale, have trained so many people, including musicians and music teachers, developing the original artistic identity of each through a personalized path, but in a context of collective creativity, evolving, thanks also to the intense research and practice, to the original definition of Psychodynamic Music Training (for more info see the book Beyond the Notes – a non-rational approach to music)
Acknowledgements and Sponsorships
The ANORA method has won prestigious patronage, such as that of the SIAE and IMAIE, as well as recognition at the institutional level(MIM, INDIRE, National Committee for Practical Music Learning).
A new era
Evolving thinking, developed on concrete training experiences, led to a turning point, a necessary step in the evolution of the Laboratories and the method:
ANORA Project
an initiative whose main feature is creative and implementation collaboration, which takes the idea of art education to another level.
Beyond school
It is an evolution of our Laboratories, therefore, which definitely goes beyond the concept of “school” and even the classical concept of “training,” proposing a collaboration to artistic experiences of various kinds, with the aim of developing creativity and performance and production skills in the field of music production and, more generally, art.
An invitation to a creative experience
It is a chance to become part of a creative and implementing team, working on concrete projects, training directly on them, even without having previous experience.
An art movement open to all
It is thus an artistic movement, driven by a shared vision of music and artistic languages in general, which also directs a consequent evolutionary path, open both to professionals-or people more advanced in their studies-and to people who want to express themselves even without yet having the skills of a professional.
The route
In fact, an Entry Level is provided, specifically for beginners or teachers who want to experiment with the ANORA method.
After a training period proposed by the director of the Laboratories, one can choose whether to move to the ANORA Project, then be part of the CreaTeam, the creative group, or the ProTeam, the implementation group.
Alternatively, one can end the experience.
Activities: the beating heart of the project
The basic activity, which can be ascribed to a form of artistic and technical apprenticeship, consists of having each participant carry out, either his or her own original project, or a collaboration on an original project of others-or both-always oriented and coordinated by the artistic director, and with the creative and implementation participation of the same and other participants.
Collaboration: the art of creating together
In summary, as part of this R-Evolution, the ANORA Project was created, the claim of which is. Artists for Artists, proposes a new idea, based on collaboration among artists, aimed at the creation of collective projects and works, both Live and on media, that can involve all representational forms in which the presence of sound can be envisaged: Dance, Theater, Cinema, Audiovisual, Discography, etc.
Such collaboration is FREE and reserved for ANORA Cultural Association members only: however, it is not necessary to be registered to propose a project or collaboration, but registration is required in case the project is subsequently approved, for implementation, by the Artistic Direction, which will also decide on the possible modalities of implementation and participation.
Evaluation and implementation
Therefore, the evaluation on the project proposal is also free of charge.
The latter will be analyzed to investigate any need for improvement before final realization.ANORA Project reserves the right to realize the work with its own means, at no cost to the artist.
HANDS
This is the first work produced by the ANORA Project, created by Stefania Graziani and Tony Carnevale as part of the ANORA Labs activity. It is an invitation to understand the wonder represented by human hands, not to lose the “craft” dimension of the artist, the use of hands as tools to shape sounds and other expressive – representative languages.
Hands that shape the creative imagination.
A perhaps romantic alternative to the use of artificial intelligence: using hands to shape and express the inner beauty of human beings, deep movements, emotions.
STAY TUNED.

ANORA stands for NO RATIONAL Approach: it is a different way of experiencing music and artistic performances, based on a long artistic and professional experience, fused with an equally long research on non-rational human reality.
The activity of ANORA Association is mainly in the field of music, but it extends, frequently, into other artistic and cultural fields. However, the focus is on training and research into expressive-representational thinking and the psychoacoustic and psychodynamic aspects of the creative process and the training relationship. The ANORA method and the research and experiences from which it was developed are collected in the books of Tony Carnevale, president of the association.
